LIPSTICKS & COSMETICS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON MAKE UP, LIPSTICK, OR BODY CARE ITEMS. IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL WE WILL REFUND OR EXCHANGE THE DAMAGED PRODUCT.
BITLESS BRIDLES: BRIDLES & BROWBANDS HAVE A 30 DAY (DATE OF DELIVERY) EXCHANGE OR REFUND POLICY. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING THE ITEM BACK FOR EXCHANGES AND WANTED REFUNDS. EXCHANGES & REFUNDS WILL NOT BE MADE UNTIL THE ITEM(S) IS RETURNED TO THE BOUTIQUE. BRIDLES MUST COME BACK COMPLETE WITH TAGS. Please note our bridles are leather and are designed to break on force for safety reasons. Leather is designed to break in an emergency or with force.
